Refund policy
RETURNS
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Some items are completely excluded from returns.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Offer items (if applicable)
Refunds can only be issued for regular priced items, unfortunately offer items are excluded from refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an e-mail to info@nuvibe.de and send the item to: An der Held 16, Nettersheim, North Rhine-Westphalia, 53947, Germany.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase when you return the item. Once we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the person giving the gift, the refund will be made to the person giving the gift and the person giving the gift will be informed of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: An der Held 16, Nettersheim, North Rhine-Westphalia, 53947, Germany.
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
If you are shipping an item worth over 75 €, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
